Provide Details During Enrollment

 

 

Provide as much detailed information as possible when filling out the enrollment form. You will fill out a series of questions that will help TripShock understand more about your business and its activities. During this time, you will also set up your partner account and banking information. From start to finish, this process can be done in as little as an hour depending on the number of activities you wish to add and the time it takes you to complete each form. It takes approximately two to three weeks from the form completion for your first activity to build your listing and go live.

 

Stay on Top of Emails From Us

 

 

Be on the lookout for emails from us and requests we send your way! It typically takes two business days for your application to be approved. If after two days, you still have not received a response, make sure to check your spam folder just in case the email didn’t reach your inbox. After doing that, if you still have not received anything, you will need to email join@tripshock.com to resolve any possible issues.

 

White Glove Enrollment

 

 

A system was created that essentially gives white glove service to each new partner onboarding with us. As a potential partner, you can let us know you are interested by emailing an inquiry to join@tripshock.com or making an inquiry via our website at https://partners.tripshock.com/tour-operators. Once you’re on the site, just click ‘Get Started’ and you will be taken to our partner application.

Your information is reviewed by our onboarding team who accepts or denies based on a variety of factors. Factors we consider include what market you’re in, whether you offer water sports activities, and if you have a reservation system that TripShock integrates with like FareHarbor, Bókun, Rezdy, Peek, WaveRez, Xola and more.

When you’re accepted, TripShock’s onboarding team acts as your liaison. The team does everything from reaching out and making initial contact to creating partner profiles on the TripShock extranet to requesting EIN and SSN information, Commercial Liability Insurance (if applicable), as well as creating your profile on bill.com with your direct deposit information so that you can get paid easily. This team will walk you through every single step.

From there, the dedicated product team takes over the product build-out. This team takes a deep dive into evaluating your activity information and builds based on your website or via the TripShock expedited activity form. The product team also collects images via email, dropbox, or whatever method you feel most comfortable sharing. They build the products out and integrate them with the partner’s reservation system (if applicable), or they build out ticketing and schedules to match your preferences. 

Once your listing is completely built out and in the quality control process, it’s time for you to review it. This allows you to check pricing, product details, and review the listing for potential errors. You may send any additional product details and high-quality images.

 

Reservation Software

 

 

If you use reservation software, we can pull your information from there, so you will not need to worry about sending it manually to us! Depending on which system you use, the connection process with your reservation software will vary. It’s recommended that you contact your reservation software company to request a connection with TripShock. Currently, TripShock integrates with FareHarbor, WaveRrez, Rezdy, and more.
